The ability to manufacture small runs, in customised colours and configurations, along with large routine production. ES Plastics offers a range of custom and proprietary blow moulded containers which we can supply in bulk from jerry cans through to mussel floats and plastic pallets. ES Plastics provides a comprehensive design, model-making and prototyping service, numerous assembly operations, and optional in-house product decoration by screen printing or hot stamping. Our in-house design service utilises state-of-the-art CAD CAM software which enables us to effectively stress analyse new products to ensure their structural integrity.
