DG & non-DG 200L Drums

Product Description

The ESP 200 Litre Closed Head Drum in DG Approved Format is ideally suited for products that are rated hazardous chemicals in Packaging Groups II & III and that have an SG Rating of 1.4 or less. As we mould these drums from virgin material in the standard format, these drums are also FDA Approved for direct contact with food based product.

Our NEW Drums are moulded using a Coex Machine that forms an outer skin and an inner skin both melded together during the moulding process. This technology allows us to use different blends of materials which provides for a strengthened drum overall, and the potential to utilise in house regrind for a NON DG Variant providing a circular and sustainable solution when viable.

These NEW 200 Litre Drums closely follow the international standard in design and performance. Our customers now have the added assurance that product packed into our new drums will be accepted globally and be able to be handled without issue.

The drum has twin 64 x 5 Buttress Bungs, and we can supply a vented bung also if required if your product requires the drum to release built up vapours, i.e. Chlorine based products.

For ease of mobility, the standard drums have a Top L-Ring to allow a parrot beak lifting apparatus to be used on your forklifts, or can simply be placed in a Drum Dolly to be able to be wheeled around a workshop if better suited.
