Step 1: Discovery & Requirements

We start by understanding your application, performance needs, volumes, and compliance requirements, then outline the best manufacturing pathway.

Step 2: Design & Engineering (DFM)

We design or refine your part for function and manufacturability, including material selection guidance and Design-for-Manufacture input.

Step 3: Quotation & Project Plan

You’ll receive a clear proposal covering prototyping, tooling, and production, plus lead times and key project milestones.

Step 4: Prototype & Iteration

We validate form/fit/function with rapid prototypes (e.g., 3D printing where suitable) and iterate before committing to tooling.

Step 5: Tooling Design & Build

We design and build mould tooling (and any required fixtures) to achieve the quality, repeatability and output you need.

Step 6: Trials, Testing & Validation

We run pre-production trials to prove the tool and process, confirm specifications, and make adjustments before ramping up.

Step 7: Final Approval

You review trial samples and sign off the approved standard for production (part, finish, colour, packaging requirements, etc.).
